You can access from up to five (YES, that's 5!) devices.

Migration of email accounts for all district staff has been completed. Outlook desktop application users should not notice any difference. Email access on the web is now via Office 365 Outlook. Please see the materials below for more details:
All current TUSD employees are able to sign on to the Office 365 online suite of applications as well as download Office 2016 applications on up to 5 personal devices.
Initial rollout does not include Calendar functions in Office 365. Those will be migrated in a later phase.

If you log in to Office 365 and start using an application, you might notice some minor limitations in functionality. If you need that functionality, switch to the Office 2016 version of the application. On district computers, do not click the Install Office 2016 button in the Office 365 dashboard. We are in the process of installing Office 2016 on district computers and laptops whether Windows 7 or Windows 10.
You can install Office 2016 on up to 5 personal devices. Please see the installation instructions for Windows or Mac below. Remember, do not install Office 2016 on district computers. Technology Services will take care of installation on district computers.
